Salmired Properties sells, leases and builds land and homes across Ibadan, Oyo State. Rexta Technologies built a fully custom web platform to handle every stage of property discovery and acquisition. Buyers browse and filter listings by type, purpose and location. Property owners submit their land and homes through a structured intake form. The internal team manages everything through a dedicated admin portal. A subscriber system keeps buyers updated on new listings, while structured SEO and Google AdSense create a foundation for long-term visibility and platform growth.

Property buyers in Nigeria navigate a market with genuine trust concerns, where undisclosed documents and unverified listings are common problems.
Salmired needed a platform that reflected their core promise of honest, transparent dealings without creating friction for buyers at any stage.
The admin team needed full control over listings and property submissions without depending on developers for routine updates.
The site needed to be built for organic search from the start, not retrofitted as an afterthought.

Our Approach
We built the platform on a modern TypeScript stack from the ground up rather than adapting an off-the-shelf template, giving full control over performance, structure and features.
Property listings were structured around three filter dimensions: type (property or land), purpose (sale or lease) and location, so buyers could narrow results quickly without confusion.
A property submission flow was designed for owners wanting to list their land or homes, built as a structured intake form reviewed internally before any listing was published.
The admin portal was built to give the Salmired team complete control over every listing, enquiry and submission without requiring technical support.
A subscriber system was integrated so interested buyers receive updates when new listings matching their interest go live.
On-page SEO was built into every listing and page template from the start. Google AdSense was configured to allow the platform to monetise organic traffic over time.
